Hors d’ Oeuvres 

  • Spinach & Cheese Empanadas with chimichurri sauce
  • Braised Beef Short Rib Poutine with Jumpin Good Goat curds, polenta fries,  and rosemary
  • Baked Cheese En Croute with fresh berries and assorted crackers

Dinner

  • Seared Gulf Shrimp with sweet corn, English pea, baby heirloom tomatoes, white beans and whole grain mustard vinaigrette
  • Baby Spinach Salad with stilton, Asian pear and candied ginger topped with a vanilla lemon vinaigrette
  • Pomegranate BBQ Glazed Pork Tenderloin with smoked cheddar grits and roasted broccolini

 Dessert

  • White Chocolate N.Y. Cheesecake with a raspberry honey drizzle
